MINIMISE DISRUPTION
Our job is to minimise disruption - where possible - so that life and business can continue while remedial construction work is underway. Through good planning and good project management, we can mitigate the impact of construction and remedial work on private and commercial activity.
DEAL WITH COUNCILS
We have an established track record and relationship with various council departments - particularly in Hawke's Bay and Tauranga, and will liaise with them to meet their requirements during the construction phase. We can provide Construction Review Producer Statements (PS4) and obtain building consents and Code Compliance Certificates (CCC).
PROVIDE CERTAINTY
We will administer the remedial work contract through site instructions, variation price requests and variation orders. Regular meetings will ensure everyone involved remains up to date with project progress. We will approve variations and resolve any disputes. Our rigorous cost control systems and full transparency provide certainty for body corporates and private owners.
MANAGE ALL CONTRACTORS AND SUB TRADES
First, we assemble a top project team. We have good industry contacts and will find the best fit for your project. We will keep the team on track with time, budget and quality expectations, assess and approve monthly progress claims and obtain contractor guaranties and warranties for our clients when the work is complete.
